Contract Signing Made Easier Than Ever Before – eSignature

Seneca processes a large number of part time contracts annually. Due to the process being manual and paper based, making sure that the contracts were signed and dispatched was cumbersome, error-prone and time consuming. The administrators spent countless hours hunting down approvals, printing and providing written signatures resulting in contract delays. Seneca’s solution to this problem was integrating Adobe Sign with PeopleSoft to help the business transform paper processes into 100% digital workflows. This allows for signatures to be done in minutes and approval tracking to be managed electronically. An approver can securely complete their signature from any location, any time of day on any device with a simple click.
