Personalization in Education

Personalized learning in higher education is seen as a key to improve learning outcomes at both the individual and the institutional level. But student learning is impacted by more than what happens in class or in the context of a course. Student learning happens across the student experience and that experience should be the focus of CIO efforts to make higher education more targeted, intimate and rewarding.

Questions Addressed – What are the emerging trends in understanding the student experience and what should CIOs be doing to prepare for and guide their institutions into this new world? What technologies should CIOs implement to implement personalization in the different sectors of the student experience?
